Determination of rates and selection of an agency for the following tasks within the sitamarhi municipal corporation area for the period from september 1, 2026, to september 30, 2027: arranging necessary materials for the successful conduct of various festivals and occasions (such as sharadiya durga puja, kartik chhath puja, saraswati puja, eid, bakrid, muharram, shab-e-barat, independence day, republic day, bihar diwas, ram navami, mahashivratri, etc.); making arrangements for bonfires during winter and drinking water kiosks during summer; supplying lime, bleaching powder, and delivery/suction pipes for sanitation purposes; ensuring roads remain motorable; and facilitating water drainage in the event of waterlogging.
