At barauni top we have 600 m of approach road which connects the top to the nh-31. this approach road is in used by the tls for general entry/ and emergency also. the road is bounded on the east side by the hpc boundary wall and chain link fencing on the west side towards the village area. this has led to several cases of encroachment by local people. fencing are regularly damaged and local people access the approach road in an unauthorized manner. this may cause near misses and accidents as locals often bring their children and cattles on the road. in order to avoid any untoward incident in near future, it is proposed to provide boundary wall along the approach road on the west side of the road to safe guard bpcl property. .
