At Barauni Top We Have 600 M Of Approach Road Which Connects The Top To The Nh 31. This Approach Road Is In Used By The T Ls For General Entry/ And Emergency Also. The Road Is Bounded On The East Side By The Hpc Boundary Wall And Chain Link Fencing On The West Side Towards The Village Area. This Has Led To Several Cases Of Encroachment By Local People. Fencing Are Regularly Damaged And Local People Access The Approach Road In An Unauthorized Manner. This May Cause Near Misses And Accidents As Locals Often Bring Their Children And Cattles On The Road. In Order To Avoid Any Untoward Incident In Near Future, It Is Proposed To Provide Boundary Wall Along The Approach Road On The West Side Of The Road To Safe Guard Bpcl Property.

Increasing the height of south side boundary wall at barauni top.
Bpcl barauni top is well protected from outside with boundary in all around. but recently the south side road (outside of the depot premises) has been developed by district administration. due to this road development work the effective height of the compound wall (from outside road) is around 1.8 m only. as per oisd 244 clause no 6.4.5 protection of facilities: &ldquothe boundary wall shall be of minimum 3 m height from either side of boundary wall with v/u shaped barbed wire fencing on the wall with 600 mm diameter concertina coil on top.&rdquo hence it is proposed to increase the compound wall height (south side of the depot premises) by 1.2m.
