Mangalore coastal installation (mci) has 13 a/g product tanks and 3 a/g water tanks which include external floating roof tanks and fixed cone roof tanks. all these tanks have tank side indicators (tsi), which is 947 smart view display, as per bpcl automation policy. currently there is no spare tsi available at location. m/s honeywell india is the oem sales and service provider of these tsi. since these tsi plays a major role in monitoring stock of tanks, it is proposed to do the procure the same as a prive maintenance measure. this will also maintain the overall remote operability of the facility in line with the bpcl policy and procedures. through this tender, we intend to procure 947 smart view display (tank side indicator-tsi) at mci.
