Overhauling of esps of unit-3 during annual overhaul period for the year 2025-26

Replacement of eroded and defective water wall and screen tubes, metal build up on eroded portions, providing of ss shrouds, rectification of cassette baffle plates and fin welding of pressure parts in unit-3 boiler during annual overhaul period for the year 2025-26

Replacement of eroded and defective economizer, ltsh, reheater coils, sh hanger tubes and sh side wall tubes, lowering/lifting of the coils, carrying out d-meter survey, erection and dismantling of temporary platforms and carrying out dp test on welded joints in unit-3 boiler during annual overhaul period for the year 2025-26

Clearing of ash below esp hoppers area, along and surroundings of the ash conveying pipe line from buffer hoppers to intermediate silos of stage-ii, dr. m.v.r. rtpp and loading it to the tractors and transporting to ash pond for a period from august 2025 to march 2026

Clearing of accumulated ash at bottom ash area, esp area, along and surroundings of the ash conveying pipe line from buffer hoppers to intermediate silos and along the ash conveying pipe line from intermediate silos to remote silos (except under the silos) of stage-ii and loading it to the tractors and transporting to ash pond for a period of one year (i.e. from april 24 to mar 25)

Disposal of mill rejects collected from unit-3,4 and 5 mills area to mill rejects yard including all leads, lifts and transportion charges in stage-ii and iii/dr.mvr rtpp for the year 2024-25

Overhauling and annual maintenance of 3-phase, 6.6 kv and 1.2kv motors of em and mrt, stage-ii, dr.mvr rtpp for the year 2024-25

Repair and rectification of 7 nos of bhel make 100 kva esp high voltage rectifier transformers at esps-3 and 4 of stage-ii, dr. m.v.r. rtpp

Annual contract for overhauling of 2 nos cw pumps out of 06 nos existing cw pumps (make: bhel, model: cw1q, capacity: 15500 m3/hr, type: vertical pump, rpm: 490, suction discharge: 1600mm) available at cw pump house, cam, stage-ii, dr. m.v.r. rtpp for the year 2025-26
