Deployment of 12 nos private security guards in 3(three) shifts round the clock for a period of 12 months in kmdas baruipur township project area from 21/09/2023 to 20/09/2024.

Annual maintenance including sweeping, cleaning and maintenance of green zones, hedges, fountain and other areas within citizens park

Removal of chokage in the gully pits and drainage lines along with repair of the pipes and gully pits as required within rabindrasarobar and disposal of the garbage from the premises.

Repair of walkways, raised platforms etc. along with other allied works within the satyajit roy park premises, patuli.
