(i) the tank farm entry near the site office room needs to be modified.ms & ss structure works are to be done to make segregation railings for the controlled movement of workmen. (ii) the fencing wall made of brick has to be slightly broken and a new pathway for the movement of workmen needs to be created. the guard railings said above should from this pathway. (iii) chain link fencing to be provided surrounding the emergency trolley kept near the tank farm entry gate.
