Hence It Is Required To Fill The Gap Using Bitumen Mixture. 2. Sludge Pit Height Is Not Adequate Hence It Is Required To Raise The Height Of Sludge Pit For Adequate Ventilation And Visibility. 3. Pipeline Jumpers Are As Per Obsolete Design Standard Thus Needed To Be Replaced With Copper Jumpers Compliant With The New Design Standards. 4. Tank 13 (Efr Type) Has Been Recently Cleaned Hence As A Part Of Pre Commissioning Activities It Is Required To Conduct Tank Health Study As Per Api Standard By Approved/Competent Inspector.
