The security manual of bpcl was published in the month of may 2019.after that issue, review of the manual is due. it was felt that review and updation of the bpcl security manual is required immediately due to ongoing various development in the security field. it is proposed to go for board approval (top management) after review completion of the security manual. crisis management plan on security by mopng is in the final stage of approval for oil industry. there was a necessity for the security manual review before cmp on security for the oil industry is approved by mopng.
