Comprehensive annual maintenance contract (amc), annual technical support (ats), cloud hosting, connectivity and real time operational support for the automated system balancing mechanism (asbm) and maintenance of hardware installed at state load dispatch centre (sldc) and associated 16 grid sub-stations (gss) for 5 years against nit no. 37/pr/bsptcl/2026.

Operation & maintenance of part i: fixed operation of i.) rural piped water supply scheme (pws), ii.) single village piped water supply schemes (svs), iii.) ward level piped water supply schemes in quality affected wards (wls_quality), iii.) ward level piped water supply schemes in non quality affected wards (wls_non quality) by deploying pump operators and payment of electricity charges and part ii: variable comprehensive operation & maintenance of i.) rural piped water supply scheme (pws), ii.) single village piped water supply schemes (svs), iii.) ward level piped water supply schemes in quality affected wards (wls_quality) iv.) ward level piped water supply schemes in non quality affected wards (wls_non quality) , i.e. the cost of chemicals, overhauling of filter media and related appurtenances, cleaning of esr and campus, maintenance viz. cleaning painting of pump house, boundary wall, repair of leakages in distribution line, repair and provision of new fhtcs, repair and maintenance of pumps and other electromechanical components etc. all complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge. in blocks:- 08 total no. of schemes: 280 wls(non quality): 226 wls(quality): 05 pws (non quality): 35 svs (non quality): 14
