Annual comprehensive maintenance of 56 nos. (8-passengers) kone make machine room less lifts in narmada, saraswati, ganga and yamuna blocks of group-i, ii, iii and iv in sec-d, pkt-6, vasant kunj.

Repair and b check of dg sets and diesel fire engines at ganga, yamuna, narmada and saraswati block at mega housing d-6,vasant kunj.

Sitc of submersible pump set, sewage pump set and cable etc. at mega housing, d-6, vasant kunj.

Cleaning and disinfection of ugr and over head tank and providing rcc covers in group i to iv of mega housing at d-6, vasant kunj, new delhi

Repair of stairwells, repair of damaged mud phuska by water proofing treatment in group i to iv of mega housing in d-6, vasant kunj.

Armo of fire protection system, water supply ,dg set and common area lighting including operation of lifts in various group at sec d-6,vasant kunj.

Providing and replacement of bulk head light for lift shaft in d-6 mega housing along with aviation light wherever required.
