Providing Service Of Track Renewal Of All Types Of Main Line Track On All Bg Routes Of Southern Railway (Except Kerala State) As Per Scope Of Service, Using Service Provider S Own Machines Along With His Own Spares, Consumables, Staff Etc. For Operation And Maintenance, Setting Of Base Depot And Its Operation And Maintenance, And All Incidental Site Work. No Transfer Of Property In Goods Between Service Provider And Railways Shall Be A Part Of The Scope Of Service.
