Periodical services to 243 nos. type-i qtrs, 90 nos. type- iv qtrs and 62 nos. type-v qtrs at ofbl estate area.

Provision of kitchen sink and hand wash basin along with mirror in 40nos. type-i qtrs. and 60nos. type-ii qtrs at ofbl estate.

Purchase of matt finished vitrified floor tiles for estate section

Repair to existing road side drain and pcc path at ofbl estate area.

Provision of vitrified tile flooring in hall in pli section at 2nd floor above manthan hall cpmg compound lucknow

Repair to roof slab of 66nos. residential qtrs (type-i, type-ii, type-iii, type-iv and type-v) to pr seepage and leakage in ofbl estate.

Repair to road from mes gate to indira gandhi -ig- park in ofbl estate area.
