During Recent Esa Audit, There Where Few Plate Thickness Related Observations Which Is Detrimental To The Healthiness Of The Tanks 103, 104 And 110. To Ascertain The Remedial Measures In Line With Api 653, It Is Proposed To Perform Tank External Inspection As Per Api 653 From An Authorized Api Inspector
