Bpcl Barauni Top Is Well Protected From Outside With Boundary In All Around. But Recently The South Side Road (Outside Of The Depot Premises) Has Been Developed By District Administration. Due To This Road Development Work The Effective Height Of The Compound Wall (From Outside Road) Is Around 1.8 M Only. As Per Oisd 244 Clause No 6.4.5 Protection Of Facilities:
&Ldquo The Boundary Wall Shall Be Of Minimum 3 M Height From Either Side Of Boundary Wall With V/U Shaped Barbed Wire Fencing On The Wall With 600 Mm Diameter Concertina Coil On Top.&Rdquo
Hence It Is Proposed To Increase The Compound Wall Height (South Side Of The Depot Premises) By 1.2 M.
