Annual maintenance contract of 2 nos. 25 kw industrial air conditioner of sunbeam appliance make installed in 24/96 draglines i.e. saurav and gaurav of bina project for a period of two years.

Repairing of 12 nos. hitch extension / hitch shackles, 12 nos. trunnion assembly, 08 nos. drag socket, 06 nos. dump assembly block, 04 nos. spreader bar and 20 nos. hitch shackle pins, turnion pins and hitch block pins of 24/96 saurav and gaurav drag

Repairing / rebuilding of 8 nos. worn out bucket of 24/96 draglines and 3 nos. worn out bucket of 10/70 draglines, working at bina project.

Repairing of 16 nos. housing of 08 nos. horizontal pulleys foundation structure including co-axial boring of 24/96 saurav and gaurav dragline of bina project.

Changing of oil seals and repairing of splines of swing gear box 1 and 2 of 24/96 gaurav dragline of bina project. (repair work to be carried out at ncl site).

Daily cleaning of 3 nos. draglines i.e. (2 nos. 24/96 and 01 no. 10/70 dragline) for 305 working days, excluding sundays and holidays at bina project during a contract period of 1 year

Repairing of cracks of rhs side eccentric assembly of 24/96 gaurav dragline, working at bina project.

Repairing of worn-out 4 nos. sprocket drum (part no. 130fd32403) segment mounting bolt hole and base both sides and making of 27 nos. holes as per oem size of beml make bd355 dozer, working at bina project.
