Standard Operating Procedures Are Displayed At Each Operational Point. Many Of The Sop Were Not D Since Commissioning. Also, Some Operations Were Added In View Of Automation Of The Plant Processes.
This Has Been Noted In The Esa By Oisd Between 22nd And 24th July, Recommendation No. 43. In View Of This, Comprehensive Study Was Done At All Operational Points And S And Additions Required Is Noted.
Hence, Sop Boards Needs To Be Replaced In The Plant.
