🏗️ Construction Project Bid: Nit Rourkela Hostel & Infrastructure Development 🏫🛠️ The Central Public Works Department (Cpwd), Under The Ministry Of Housing And Urban Affairs, Invites Bids For The Construction Of Comprehensive Infrastructure At The National Institute Of Technology (Nit) Rourkela, Odisha. 📆 Bid Submission Deadline: May 07, 2024, 3:00 Pm The Project Encompasses The Construction Of: A 1000 Capacity Boys Hostel In A (G Plus 6) Storied Building With Two Blocks, Each Of 500 Capacity, Including A Dining Hall And Kitchen Block. A 1500 Capacity Girls Hostel In A (G Plus 6) Storied Building With Three Blocks, Each Of 500 Capacity, Including A Dining Hall And Kitchen Block. 72 Faculty Residences In A (S Plus 6) Storied Building With Three Blocks, Each Block Containing 24 Residences. Additionally, The Project Includes The Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, And Commissioning Of Two St Ps With A Total Capacity Of 1.5 Mld (750 Kld Each), Along With An O&M Contract For 5 Years. The Scope Of Work Also Covers All Internal And External Infrastructure, Including Water Supply, Sanitary Installations, Electrical Installations, Lifts, Firefighting Systems, Substations, Communication Systems, External Sewerage And Lighting Systems, Roads, Footpaths, Stormwater Drains, Rainwater Harvesting, And Horticulture And Landscaping.
