During Last Esa Audit, It Is Recommended To Provide Mefg To These Sludge Pits So As To Handle Fire Scenario At Sludge Pit. Hence It Is Proposed To Provide The Same As A Safe Engineering Practice And To Comply With Esa Recommendations Mci Also Has A Pipeline Manifold With Flange Joint Mo Vs. In Case Of A Leak From These Flange Joints, The Spilled Oil Should Be Directed To Ows. This Is Also An Esa Recommendation. To Direct This Spilled Oil, It Is Proposed To Provide U/G Drain Line With Sluice Gates Which Will Be Directed To Ows 2
